Background
Levi F. Smith is a Principal in the Detroit office of GVA Worldwide. Levi started his career as a real estate attorney in California and Michigan. In 1980, Mr. Smith began his commercial brokerage career and in 1984 became a partner in a large local commercial real estate company. In 1988, Mr. Smith founded Levi F. Smith Real Estate, Inc. to further expand the unique services to corporate users. His company merged into GVA Detroit in 2007.
