Background
Mike Ziecik is Principal in charge of the Detroit office of GVA Worldwide. Mike started his career in the real estate consulting group at Peat, Marwick, Mitchell (PMM), currently KMPG International. After leaving PMM, Mike became a founding partner of Encore International (now AT&T Capital) in charge of their Washington, D.C. investment banking group. In 1989, Mike merged his real estate group with GVA Detroit.
