Background
Robert Rosman joined GVA Detroit in 2004 as a Principal after 19 years as a Senior Director of Cushman & Wakefield of Michigan. During that time frame, Rosman served on two occasions as C & W's Michigan Executive Branch Manager. Rosman became an officer at C & W as a result of the purchase by C & W of Carl Rosman & Company in 1985. During his tenure at C & W, Rosman was top annual producer on four occasions, employee of the year three times and winner of the Deal of the Year on six occasions.

For 6 years, Rosman directed his company's international strategic alliance with Ford Land, earning the coveted IDRC International Best Practices Award.

Notable among recent transactions are the sale of Chrysler Corporation's 167 acre World Headquarters site to a developer who, with Rosman, converted the property into a Class A light industrial park; negotiating a long term 98,000sf lease on behalf of the advertising agency McCann Erickson in a renovated-to-suit, closed urban department store; allowing Pulte Homes to increase its occupancy in its Headquarters building from 93,000sf to 163,000sf while negotiating a termination of a 70,000 lease with the Butzel Long law firm moving them from the Pulte Headquarters into a nearby vacant office building.

Most recently Rosman led a GVA Corporate Services team to appointment as Preferred Vendor by Alcoa Worldwide Real Estate.
